  • 3+ years experience as a back-end developer
  • expertise in Ruby (on Rails), Elixir, Node.js or similar technologies
  • familiarity with developer culture
  • professional responsibility and attention to details
  • effective communication and collaboration skills
  • an affinity for a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere
  • proficiency in English language
  • our work location is at our main office in Zagreb, so remote work is not an option for new employees
